How to raise a grievance

Contact support directly
Email us with a clear description of the issue, your registered account email, and any relevant order/transaction ID. Most issues are resolved at this stage.

Escalate to the Grievance Officer
If you're not satisfied with the initial response, or haven't heard back within the stated timeframe, escalate to the Grievance Officer below.

Formal resolution
The Grievance Officer will investigate and respond with a resolution or explanation within the timeframe stated below.

SEBI SCORES portal

If applicable in future (subject to our regulatory registration status), unresolved grievances relating to investment advisory activity may also be escalated via SEBI's SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in.
